As the Production Operations Manager you will oversee a diverse and hardworking production team and ensure that daily production numbers are reached. Our ideal candidate is experienced in production, has strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to make sure the work gets done. Previous experience with the LEAN process and new technology implementation is highly desired.

Responsibilities
- Monitor team workflow, step in to adjust the workflow to prevent bottlenecking on the production line.
- Set day-to-day priorities in line with operative and strategic goals.
- Maintain communication with multiple departments.
- Spearhead rollout of new technology to assembly line including but not limited to: learning the system, training employees on system, and monitoring the system.
- Manage the employee schedules, conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and recommend promotions, wage increases, and terminations.
- Work with Jewelry Production Manager to identify employee strengths and weaknesses to create strategic plans for each team member, ensure team receives performance management and training.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 5- 10 years of Operations Management experience in a supervisory role.
- Experienced working in a production environment is a must.
- Highly organized and adaptable.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and has strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn, strict attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with inventory systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Team player with natural authority, who leads by example.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced culturally diverse environment.
- Willing to give their best every day.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Able to work a varying schedule dependent on business needs including overtime and weekends.
- Previous experience implementing new technology to warehouse environment and LEAN methods highly desired.

- Watchmaker Full-Time

Salary:
- Compensation for a Certified Watchmaker is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Pay based on many factors such as demonstrated hard and soft skills, level of education and certification, history in the industry, and relevant work experience. A salaried technician must be certified. Without certification $22 to $26 per hour.

- We are looking for skilled watch makers that have multiple talents. Ideal applicants should have broad knowledge relating to chronographs, perpetual calendars, quartz and mechanical movements. Capable of working with a wide range of products from inexpensive to luxury brands with equal attention to detail. We are looking for both hourly and salaried technicians. This position is full-time.

Qualifications and Job Experience:

- Ability to repair and refinish cases
