MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Position:
- Maintenance Technician
Location:

Salary:
- $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
Description:
- The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining production and building equipment to keep it running safely and efficiently while maintaining overall appearances. Including performing general maintenance, preventative and routine maintenance tasks and repairs of the facility and equipment which includes but is not limited to electrical, plumbing and painting. The technician also changes filters on heating, ventilating, and air conditioner units. Must be able to perform minor troubleshooting, repairs and adjustments of locks on doors, cabinets, desks and door hinges. Responsible for asset management; must maintain all company equipment in working condition. Responsible for activating and deactivating building alarms. Must follow safety guidelines and report hazards or accidents in a timely manner. Must be detail oriented and able to keep MSDS records in compliance with OSHA Standards. Ability to learn and work with chemicals. Effectively use and operation of a variety of hand and power tools and carry-out any handyman work needed to maintain the property. This position requires job responsibility flexibility and a willingness to perform additional duties as required.
